Materials:
1 cup chickpeas (boiled and peeled)
5-6 dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Salt
Cumin
Fabrication:
Soften the dried tomatoes by placing them in hot water.
Pulse boiled chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and cumin in a food processor until smooth.
Add the softened dried tomatoes and pulse again.
Place the mixture on a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with dried tomato slices if desired.
