Materials:
500 grams chicken breast (julienned)
10-12 dried tomatoes
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tea glass of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of thyme
Salt and pepper
Fabrication:
Soften the dried tomatoes by placing them in hot water and chop them.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onions.
Add the garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add the chicken and saute over high heat.
Add chopped dried tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and serve hot.
